2.1 To ensure the safety and hygiene of our staff and equipment, we do not accept service requests for vehicles with fecal matter or extreme mold infestations. These conditions pose health risks and can contaminate our tools. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold a clean and safe environment for all clients.

2.2 When booking, please provide accurate and complete information.

2.3 Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Travel Fee Policy

At Malek Pros Auto Detailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile services. To maintain efficiency, we apply a travel fee for service locations outside our standard area.

• Service Area: Our standard service area includes locations within a 30-minute drive of Blaine, MN.

• Travel Fee: For locations beyond this range, a travel fee may apply. This fee covers extra time and travel costs and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

• Transparent Pricing: We believe in honest pricing and will disclose any applicable travel fees prior to your appointment.

• Exceptions: Travel fees may be waived for group bookings, special promotions, or qualifying circumstances—please inquire when booking.

• Payment: Any travel fee will be added to your total and is due upon service completion. We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience.
